BLACK POLYPROPYLENE MASTERBATCH FOR PP FIBER APPLICATIONS
PLASBLAK? XP 6348A is designed for high quality PP fiber applications . Typical application
areas include PP non -woven fabric , PP filament fiber , PP staple fibre . It can also be
used in sheet and tape . PLASBLAK? XP 6348A exhibits excellent dilutability together with
optimum carbon black dispersion characteristics and gives excellent protection against UV
light degradation .
METHOD OF ADDITION
PLASBLAK? XP 6348A is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is
therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre -blending .
ADDITION RATE
The amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of the final
application . Typical addition rates vary from 2% to 7% masterbatch , for maximum UV
protection 7% is recommended .

PACKAGING
